Early April 26, provincial Party Agencies’ Party Committee held its 2nd open Party Executive Committee Conference for the 2020–2025 tenure to review the results of tasks carried out in the first quarter and to set out key directions and tasks for the second quarter of 2025. The conference was attended by Nguyen Van Loc, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee and Chairman of provincial People's Council and Nguyen Van Danh, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
In the first three months of 2025, the Party Standing Committee focused on consolidating the organizational structure, directing the thorough dissemination and concretization of the Party’s directives and resolutions and advising provincial Party Standing Committee on issuing regulations on the functions, tasks and organizational structure of provincial Party Agencies’ Party Committee for the 2020–2025 tenure. Notably, the Party Committee transferred 28 Party cells and grassroots Party committees with nearly 2,900 Party members to the Party Committee of provincial People's Committee; received 26 Party cells and grassroots Party committees under the Party Committee of provincial Party Agencies; decided to establish 11 new Party cells and grassroots Party committees and guided Party cells and grassroots Party committees in formulating their working regulations for the 2020–2025 tenure. To date, the Party Committee has consisted of 22 grassroots Party organizations, including 8 grassroots Party committees and 14 Party cells, with a total of 755 Party members.
In addition, the Party Standing Committee has issued plans to prepare for Party congresses at all levels for the 2025–2030 tenure. As of now, 21 out of 40 Party cells have completed their congresses, with the remaining Party cells expected to finish by mid-May 2025. The Party Committee continues leading and directing agencies and units to effectively perform their assigned political tasks.
Concluding the conference, comrade Nguyen Minh Thuy emphasized that although being established newly, the Party Committee has quickly consolidated its organization, stabilized operations and successfully implemented tasks under the set plans and resolutions.
In the second quarter of 2025, the Party Committee will continue focusing on key tasks, including restructuring the political system’s organizational apparatus, organizing grassroots-level congresses and preparing for the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of provincial Party Agencies for the 2025–2030 tenure.
The work volume is large and requires high quality, therefore, comrade Nguyen Minh Thuy suggested the party committees at all levels urgently to finalize their draft political report, ensuring progress and quality; organize the Party congresses and cells in accordance with guidelines and procedures, achieving high results while also promoting the development of the economy, science and technology, innovation and digital transformation...
Also at the meeting, provincial Party Standing Committee awarded 30 and 40-year Party membership badges to five Party members under the Party Committee of provincial Party Agencies; presented a flag to provincial Farmers' Association's Party cell and awarded the certificates of merit to 11 Party members who achieved the standard of "Excellent completion of tasks" for 5 consecutive years (2020-2024).
