Speaking at the working session, provincial Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Loi instructed the city to strictly comply with the establishment of commune-level authorities in line with the directives of the Government and the conclusions of the Politburo. He emphasized the need to proactively select a contingent of officials with sufficient qualifications, competence and dedication to serving the people. The selection process must be conducted with integrity, objectivity and a thorough evaluation of the quality of officials to ensure that they are suited to the new context.
Provincial Party Committee Secretary also instructed relevant departments of the province and city to proactively arrange for the termination of district-level operations under the scheduled time.
