Speaking at the working session, provincial Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Loi instructed the city to strictly comply with the establishment of commune-level authorities in line with the directives of the Government and the conclusions of the Politburo. He emphasized the need to proactively select a contingent of officials with sufficient qualifications, competence and dedication to serving the people. The selection process must be conducted with integrity, objectivity and a thorough evaluation of the quality of officials to ensure that they are suited to the new context.
