Early March 11, comrade Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation chaired a meeting to welcome comrade Rogelio Polanco Fuentes, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Vietnam, on his courtesy visit to Binh Duong’s leaders. Ambassador Rogelio Polanco Fuentes thanked provincial leaders for their time in receiving the delegation and expressed his admiration for Binh Duong’s remarkable development in recent years. He also expressed his desire for provincial leaders to share their development experience, allowing Cuba to study and apply it in the process of economic transition
Ambassador Rogelio Polanco Fuentes also affirmed his commitment to facilitating investment opportunities for Binh Duong’s enterprises in Cuba, particularly in agriculture, livestock farming, fertilizer and pesticide production, renewable energy development and retail trade. He emphasized that Cuba would provide favorable conditions for students from Binh Duong and Vietnam to study and conduct research in Cuba’s medical sector. The ambassador also expressed his hope that Binh Duong would support Cuban delegations in visiting the province to study and exchange experience on its development model in the future.
