Provincial Party Committee's Department of Propaganda-Education and Mass Mobilization shows unity, initiative and innovation in task execution

In accordance with the directives of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to ensure “no interruption, no omission of work, no gaps in any field…”, the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee was promptly established by merging the existing committee. The organization has since stabilized to effectively execute key tasks for 2025 and beyond. Currently, the committee's activities are well-structured, ensuring continuity in the execution of responsibilities, particularly with regard to essential tasks. 

Concentrate on executing essential tasks

Functioning as an advisory and support agency for provincial Party Committee, the department directly and regularly assists both the Standing Committee and provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee in implementing the guidelines, policies, and major initiatives of provincial Party Committee in the realms of propaganda and mass mobilization, as well as in the political, ideological, and ethical dimensions of Party building, while fostering a strong connection between the Party and the populace. Upon its establishment, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee swiftly organized its structure to effectively execute the responsibilities assigned to it.

Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan, Standing Member and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, stated that in alignment with the directives of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission has delineated key tasks for implementation in 2025. Notably, the commission will prioritize the effective execution of propaganda initiatives, particularly concerning the essential policies and orientations of the Party and the Provincial Party Committee. This includes promoting the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, which focuses on breakthroughs in scientific and technological development, innovation, and national digital transformation; facilitating the execution of the Binh Duong Provincial Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision extending to 2050; devising solutions to achieve the province's double-digit economic growth target for 2025; and disseminating information regarding Party congresses at all levels in preparation for the 14th National Party Congress, as well as highlighting significant national events in 2025, among other initiatives.

In conjunction with propaganda efforts, the propaganda and mass mobilization sector remains vigilant in monitoring grassroots activities to understand public sentiment among the populace. Simultaneously, it is dedicated to refining the organization of the propaganda and mass mobilization framework throughout the province, while also enhancing training and professional guidance. This approach aims to ensure comprehensive engagement across all areas and sectors, thereby positively impacting the welfare of the community and successfully fulfilling the objectives of the propaganda and mass mobilization sector by 2025.

Furthermore, the propaganda and mass mobilization sector continues to serve as an effective advisory body for the province in guiding and directing Party congresses at all levels. It excels in its role as the standing agency of the Subcommittee on the content of Party congresses, evaluating the content of Party congress documents across all tiers. The sector also coordinates the organization of activities and emulation movements to commemorate Party congresses at all levels, as well as to celebrate significant national events in 2025. This engagement enables a comprehensive understanding of grassroots conditions, particularly concerning key projects and initiatives, fostering consensus among the populace and contributing to the stabilization of security and order in the region.

Promote the concept of "pioneering the path" 

Based on the identification of key tasks, the propaganda and mass mobilization sector will delineate these in the monthly and quarterly work programs. It will also assess the sector's targets in accordance with the resolutions from the Party Congresses at all levels and the 11th Provincial Party Congress, with an emphasis on effective implementation. This will serve as a foundation for advising the Provincial Party Committee and Party Committees at all levels in establishing the goals and tasks for the new term.

Serving as a bridge between the Party's objectives and the sentiments of the populace, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee, along with the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee (now integrated into the Propaganda and Education Committee), has recently reinforced the bonds of the great national unity bloc. This initiative has fostered trust, consensus, and support from the community, enabling the contribution of both human and material resources towards the mission of transforming Binh Duong into a progressively affluent, modern, civilized, and compassionate region. Notably, through various movements and campaigns spearheaded by the propaganda and education sector at all levels—such as the model for socializing rural traffic routes, urban beautification initiatives, "Morning Coffee - Engaging with the People," "Civilized Saturday," "A Friendly Government of the People, by the People, and for the People," and "A Friendly Office Serving the People"—as well as models for timely care and support for disadvantaged groups, assistance for students in accessing education, and ensuring social security, the tradition of solidarity between the Party and the people has been further strengthened. These efforts have attracted significant public engagement and participation, thereby enhancing the collective strength necessary for the successful realization of the province's socio-economic development objectives.

During the recent conference focused on the implementation of tasks within the propaganda and mass mobilization sector for 2025, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, a member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, urged the propaganda and mass mobilization sector of the Provincial Party Committee to continue innovating its methods. He emphasized the importance of effectively translating the Party's guidelines and policies, as well as the State's policies and laws, into practical applications. This approach should closely align with the realities of local communities and grassroots levels, fostering clarity, unity, and consensus. Additionally, it should inspire determination, enhance self-reliance, and encourage creativity to successfully achieve the socio-economic development objectives for the 2020-2025 term and beyond.

The provincial Party Secretary asserts that, guided by the motto "Leading the way, collaborating for implementation, and reflecting on outcomes," the principle that "Proficiency in mass mobilization ensures success" will prevail. Emphasizing a commitment to "Respecting the people, engaging with the people, understanding the people, learning from the people, and being accountable to the people for their well-being," alongside a legacy of responsibility, innovation, creativity, and determination among every cadre, civil servant, and worker, the propaganda and mass mobilization sector will collectively forge a robust and united entity, effectively fulfilling the responsibilities entrusted by the provincial Party Committee and the populace.
