On June 3, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; and a provincial delegation inspected and surveyed the expected conditions and facilities of Binh Duong Ward and worked with Standing Committee of Thu Dau Mot City Party Committee on preparations for the activities of the new wards after the rearrangement.
At the meeting, representatives of Thu Dau Mot City's leaders reported on the current status of geographical distance, facilities, equipment, cadres, civil servants, and soldiers of the 4 wards before the merger (Hoa Phu, Phu Tan, Phu My and Phu Chanh). It is expected that after the merger, Binh Duong ward will have 145 civil servants including: leaders of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee, experts of the Party, Fatherland Front and mass organizations, experts of the State.

Because the number of civil servants after the merger is quite large, the city recommends arranging the headquarters of the Party - Fatherland Front’s bloc separately from the State’s bloc. It is expected to be located in Hoa Phu and Phu My wards; at the same time, it is proposed to use the existing Hoa Phu Ward People's Committee hall to make the Binh Duong Ward Public Administration Service Center.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi welcomed and praised the efforts of the Party Committee, the government, and the entire political system of the city in preparing for the operational launch of the newly merged wards. He emphasized the need for close coordination between the city and relevant departments at the provincial level to continue arranging facilities, digitizing records, organizing personnel, and preparing for a trial operation of the new Binh Duong ward, which is expected to take place on June 15.
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi stressed that the new ward must truly be close to the people and enhance services for both residents and businesses. He also highlighted the importance of utilizing the old headquarters effectively, prioritizing areas such as education, healthcare, and community activities.
