On February 25, an inspection delegation from the Binh Duong Provincial Party Standing Committee assessed the execution of several key work topics for 2025 across various localities in the province.
Resolutely carry out tasks and solutions
The inspection delegation of Provincial Party Standing Committee led by Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha, Standing Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, had a session with Standing Committee of Thuan An City Party Committee on implementing some key tasks for 2025.
Mr. Huynh Van Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of Thuan An City Party Committee, informed the delegation about key groups of issues that the City Party Executive Committee has deployed since the beginning of the year, especially the strict implementation of the Party's directives, resolutions and conclusions: Directive No. 35-CT/TW and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and Conclusion 121-KL/TW of the Central Executive Committee associated with the establishment and operation of new Party committees; Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Conclusion 123-KL/TW of the Central Executive Committee of the Party on the supplementary project on socio-economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more.
Regarding the plan to arrange and organize the apparatus of agencies and units, Standing Committee of the City Party Committee developed a project to arrange and streamline the apparatus of agencies and units under the management of the City Party Committee. After completing the project, 2 specialized departments, 1 Party building committee and 13 heads and deputy heads of agencies (including 2 ward Party Committees) will be reduced and arranged for early retirement, creating favorable conditions for the City Party Committee to reorganize the apparatus. The City Party Committee issued a Decision to merge the City Party Propaganda Board and the City Party Mass Mobilization Board; a Decision to transfer cadres and civil servants of the City Party Propaganda Board and Mass Mobilization Board to take up duties at the City Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; a Decision to appoint the Head and Deputy Head of the City Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.
As giving opinions at the working session, members of the delegation said that the inspection program of Provincial Party Standing Committee in some localities is a special program, unprecedented. Provincial Party Standing Committee conducts inspections right from when localities develop plans to promptly remove obstacles for localities, in order to better implement the Party's directives, resolutions, and conclusions.
At the conclusion of the session, Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha, Standing Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, urged Standing Committee of Thuan An City Party Committee to take strong action in effectively implementing identified tasks and solutions. In the immediate future, the city will focus on accelerating the disbursement of public investment capital, key national and provincial projects in the city; complete procedures to start projects and works that have investment plans or have been allocated capital; promote administrative procedure reform, digital transformation, quickly review planning, develop trade and services, promote local potential and advantages to achieve the growth target of 15% according to the set plan and actively contribute to the province’s double-digit growth by 2025.
In particular, egarding the arrangement and organization of the apparatus, the city continues to effectively address regulations and policies for each area of organization and streamlining. After the reorganization, organizations must prioritize the implementation of their newly assigned functions and tasks, ensuring operations remain continuous and efficient. It is essential to avoid disruptions to production and business activities of organizations and enterprises, as well as to protect legitimate rights and interests of the people.
Organize the operating system effectively
On the morning of February 25, an inspection delegation of Provincial Party Standing Committee led by Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, had a working session with Ben Cat City Party Standing Committee on the implementation of several key tasks in 2025.
According to reports, Executive Committee of Ben Cat City Party Committee has successfully completed and issued a project aimed at streamlining the political system's structure to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the city's agencies and units. In preparation for the City Party Congress for the term 2025-2030, the City Party Committee is following the regulatory steps. Regarding the socio-economic development task in 2025, Ben Cat City is focusing on solutions to achieve a growth target of 8% or more; mobilizing resources to achieve a double-digit growth target.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Loc acknowledged the efforts of the entire city's political system in many fields; at the same time, he hoped that in the coming time, the city would continue to make efforts and successfully complete set targets; especially the organization of Party congresses at all levels; the work of arranging and organizing the apparatus to operate effectively, and disbursing public investment on schedule...
Strive to overcome difficulties to achieve goals
Also on the morning of February 25, a working delegation led by Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan, member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, inspected the implementation of some key work topics for 2025 in North Tan Uyen district.
Standing Committee of North Tan Uyen District Party Committee reported on the efforts to reorganize its structure in accordance with Resolution No. 18. In this context, the District Party Committee has launched a project aimed at "Reorganizing and Streamlining the Structure of Agencies and Units within the Political System of North Tan Uyen District."; announced the decision to merge the District Party Propaganda Board and Party Mass Mobilization Board into the District Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission. Up to now, the District People's Committee has developed a project to arrange and streamline the apparatus of district professional agencies. From the general project, projects for each agency were developed, including the Office of Home Affairs, Office of Agriculture and Environment, Office of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs, Office of Culture, Science and Information. Currently, the district is taking steps to establish specialized agencies according to regulations, which will officially begin operating on March 1, 2025.
North Tan Uyen district has also implemented Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; implement Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the 2025 socio-economic development supplementary project with a growth target of 8% or more and mobilizing resources to achieve the double-digit growth target.
Speaking at a working session with Standing Committee of Phu Giao District Party Committee on the performance of some key tasks in 2025, Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan, Standing Committee Member, Head of Provincial Provincial Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, acknowledged the efforts and results of the Party Committee, government and people of Phu Giao District in the past time. He requested that the Phu Giao District Party Committee promptly finalize the report, ensuring it is detailed and specific. The report should clearly outline the current challenges being faced, along with proposals and recommendations aimed at collaboratively finding solutions. Additionally, he emphasized the importance of focusing on accelerating the implementation of socio-economic tasks for the year 2025 from the beginning of the year. Leaders of Phu Giao District reported to the working delegation that the preparation of congress documents and personnel was conducted according to proper procedures. To build a pipeline of cadres for the district and grassroots Party committees and to support the arrangement and organization of the apparatus, Standing Committee of Phu Giao District Party Committee has decided to rotate and assign several key positions within the district's departments, offices, communes, and towns. This strategy aims to create a strong human resource base in preparation for the congress for the 2025-2030 term.
