Provincial People's Council’s Economic and Budget Committee offers gifts to disadvantaged families in North Tan Uyen

Early January 18, a delegation of provincial People's Council’s Economic and Budget Committee, led by Tran Thi Minh Hanh, Head of the Committee, visited and donated gifts to families with difficult circumstances in North Tan Uyen district. Accompanying the delegation was Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial People's Council.

Accordingly, the delegation visited and presented 50 gifts worth VND1 million each, including food and cash, to 50 disadvantaged families in 2 communes of Hieu Liem and Lac An.

On behalf of the delegation, Mrs. Hanh extended best regards to these families while wishing them good health and a joyful, happy and warm Lunar New Year 2024. She also wanted them to continue well implementing the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, make efforts to develop homebased business; encourage their children and grandchildren to study, work and actively participate in the movement of all people uniting to build a cultural life and develop homebased business.

Mrs.Hanh also requested the local Party Committee and authorities to pay more attention to difficult families, helping them rise up in life.
