The delegation was also accompanied by Major-General Pham Ngoc Ha, Deputy Director of the People's Police Academy and members of the Academy. Before beginning a talk with Binh Duong’s Police Agency, the delegation burnt incense and offered flowers commemorating Uncle Ho at provincial Police Agency’s museum.

At the reception, Mr.Thao briefly informed the delegation about Binh Duong’s socio-economic achievements in general and the results done by the local police force in maintaining social order and security in particular. He hoped that after the talk, Binh Duong’s Police Agency and the Royal Thai Police Academy would boost cooperation in the fields of scientific research, human resource training and fight against crimes, especially transnational ones to ensure political security of each country and of the region.
On behalf of the delegation, Mr.Sakda Techakriengkrai thanked leaders of provincial Police Agency for their warm welcome while hoping that provincial Police Agency would create favorable conditions for delegations from the Royal Thai Police Academy to arrive in the province to exchange and share experience in crime prevention in the new context.
