From mid-April 2021, following the direction of Ministry of Public Security on launching a peak period of fire prevention and fighting propagation and inspection in residential areas, households, and houses integrated with production business establishment, Binh Duong Public Security has promptly and seriously carried out many specific activities to raise the sense of self-preservation and self-management of each household and person towards the fire prevention and fighting work.

During this time, the Provincial Police checked and made a specific list for each type of establishment to provide instructions and closely inspect each residential area, household, residential house combined with production business establishment. Provincial Police, during this peak period, conducted fire safety inspection and guidance of 184 households, 476 houses combining with production business establishments in the province; made 660 minutes and instructed 459 households and establishments to apply safety requirements of fire prevention and fighting; signed 1,389 commitments to ensure fire safety; handled 25 administrative violations of fire prevention and fighting regulations with a total fine of more than 100 million VND.
Regarding propagation work, Fire Prevention Fighting Police cooperated with newspapers and radio stations to inform news, articles, reports to raise households and individuals' awareness of self-defense and self-management of public fire safety work. In addition, this unit also organized 158 direct propagation sessions with 4,429 participants; 275 sessions integrated with activities of Party cells, residential groups, mass organizations, socio-political organizations in residential areas; distributed 6,551 leaflets, 840 banners...

Provincial Police actively counseled Provincial People's Committee to issue documents directing all administration levels, branches and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to pay attention to, collaborate and implement comprehensively and effectively. Dissemination and inspection were carried out in accordance with the order and contents directed by Ministry of Public Sec. As a result, it has improved the effectiveness of the peak period and actively contributed to preventing fires and explosions related to these types of housing in the province in recent years.
