Provincial Red Cross Society has just offered 20,000 cloth masks and some necessary commodities worth VND194million to provincial Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) in order to support Covid-19 prevention, control and people hit by drought and saltwater intrusion (photo).
The society also donated 7,500 masks to provincial Policy Agency, Army Section, TDM city’s People’s Committee, Binh Duong Radio-Television Station and Binh Duong Newspaper for Covid-19 prevention and control. This was one of practical activities done by the society in response to provincial FFC’s appeal for all people’s contributions to Covid-19 prevention, control and people hit by drought and saltwater intrusion.
As of now, the society has offered more than 50,000 antibacterial masks, 2 tons of rice and nearly 300 boxes of instant noodles worth approximately VND500million to organizations, individuals in a bid to prevent Covid-19. The society will further donate 50,000 antibacterial masks, hand sanitizers and other necessities to localities across the province for Covid-19 prevention and control.
