Early July 1, provincial Red Cross Society in collaboration with provincial Mobilization Board of Voluntary Blood Donation held a conference reviewing its patriotic emulation movement between 2010-2015 and honoring outstanding blood donors in 2015, in attendance of Tran Thanh Liem, Permanent Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee cum Head of provincial Mobilization Board of Voluntary Blood Donation.
Provincial Red Cross Society always paid attention to improving the content and form of implementation of key tasks, creating an animated emulation impetus among its affiliates… over the past five years.
Addressing the conference, Mr.Liem acknowledged achievements done by provincial Red Cross Society and its affiliates while praising noble deeds by officials, members and volunteers of the society in the voluntary blood donation campaign.
On this occasion, 34 collectives and 98 individuals were awarded the certificates of merit of the Vietnam Red Cross Society’s Central Committee for their excellent achievements in the 2010-2015 patriotic emulation movement. The Ministry of Health also awarded the certificates of merit to 18 families, 1 individual with 20, 30 and 40 times of blood donation and 1 individual with 40 times of blood donation. 8 families and 26 individuals with 20 times of blood donation also received the certificates of merit of provincial People’s
