Early October 27, provincial Social Insurance Agency held a conference to discuss, advise, support and answer policies on social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance with employers and employees in the province.
At the conference, delegates discussed many contents on the issues of procedures for handling policies on diseases, accidents and maternity leave with insurance benefits; issues of employees further participating in insurance while being on leave, procedures for one-time social insurance benefits...
Speaking at the conference, Nguyen Phi Hien, Deputy Director of provincial Social Insurance said that organizing a direct dialogue with employees not only helped resolve queries about insurance policies that employees need to know, but also acknowledged contributive ideas in resolving insurance procedures, helping provincial social insurance better perform its tasks in the coming time, bringing legitimate rights and interests to workers.
In the first 9 months of 2023, provincial Social Insurance Agency processed 981,764 applications for social insurance and unemployment insurance of all types. The total payment amount was more than VND 8.02 trillion, an increase of 15.43% over the same period in 2022.
