According to the Provincial Social Insurance, on the occasion of the National Day holiday, civil servants, public employees and workers have 4 days off (from August 31 to September 3, 2024). The holiday coincides with the time when the provincial Social Insurance pays pensions and allowances to all beneficiaries according to regulations (paid on the 1st date of each month via personal bank accounts and paid in cash from the 5th).
Therefore, the Provincial Social Insurance announced the payment schedule for pension and social insurance allowance in September 2024, as follows: Payment via personal account from September 4; cash payment at payment points from September 4 to September 25 (Provincial Post Office organizes payment at all payment points from September 4 to September 6; from September 7 to September 25, Provincial Post Office organizes payment at post office transaction sites). The Provincial Social Insurance has fully prepared the conditions since the end of August 2024 so that beneficiaries can receive benefits immediately after the end of the holiday.
