In April 2020, capital mobilization at Provincial branch of Social Policy Bank continued to increase well. Deposits from organizations and individuals reached VND75,888 million, up 3,455 million compared to the previous month, increasing by 2,631 million compared to the beginning of the year. Thanks to the central and provincial fund, the branch granted a total loan of VND13,182 million, 245 customers borrowing loans. From the beginning of this year, total loan reached VND389,068 million, 9,515 borrowers, up VND30,358 million over the same period last year. Total loan of the branch now reaches nearly VND2,942 billion with 71,500 borrowers, up over 146 billion compared to the beginning of 2019.
For the fund to continue reaching policy beneficiaries, in addition to the State budget, Provincial branch of Social Policy Bank implement a wide range of solutions to ensure sufficient financial resource. Namely, the branch continues to enhance the mobilization of deposit savings from borrowers under two forms, voluntary savings and mandatory savings, to create close connection between the poor and the relevant agencies.
