On this occasion, provincial Study Promotion Association awarded 174 scholarships worth VND240mln to poor-but-excellent pupils and students. Provincial People’s Committee also awarded the certificates of merit to 7 collectives and 11 individuals. 7 other collectives and individuals received the certificates of merit of the Central Committee of the VSPA. The mementoes “For Study Promotion Career” were also awarded to 11 cadres and teachers.
