On March 1, at the provincial Center f Culture and Arts, the Provincial Women's Union held a program to celebrate the 13th National Women's Congress, 2022-2027 tenure, to welcome the International Women's Day and the 1982nd anniversary of Hai Ba Trung uprising. The meeting had the participation of by Nguyen Van Loc, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Committee; Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Committee for the Advancement of Women; Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Trong Nhan, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly's Delegation; and woman leaders of departments, agencies, Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union of districts, towns and cities, Women's Union of Provincial Businesswomen's Union.
Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union reported quickly on the 11th Provincial Women's Congress and activities to welcome the 13th National Women's Congress. Accordingly, the 11th Provincial Women's Congress 2021-2026 had the theme of Binh Duong women to be united, dynamic and creative to build a strong organization that contributes to the construction of Binh Duong province for sustainable development, smart, civilized and modern city; with the participation of 189 official delegates. The congress elected 39 delegates to Executive Comittee, elected 10 official delegates to attend the 13th National Women's Congress 2022-2027.
Women's Union at all levels in the province have taken part in, organized many activities and events to welcome Women's Congress at all levels, especially the 13th National Women's Congress. Namely, the online launch of a special race with the theme "110 works to welcome the 11th Provincial Women's Congress, the 13th National Women's Congress". So far, the activities and works completed according to the plan is worth more than VND 9.8billion, with over 11,700 children and women benefiting in this campaign.

In addition, Women's Union at all levels held workshops on "Helping women to develop livelihoods to adapt to climate change after the effects of COVID-19"; responded and launched "Ao Dai week" among woman civil servants, social workers and women's classes in the province from 1 to 8 March; encouraged members and women to plant trees with the theme "Women planting the future - for the sake of ten years of planting trees, for the sake of five hundred years of cultivating people" with the spirit of "Every woman - a green tree"; women and people send text messages to build 130 livelihood models with a total value of VND 13 billion for women in border areas.
In addition, within the program "Million gifts to share love" by the end of 2021, provincial WUs mobilized 27,582 gifts, worth more than 5.3 billion VND; received and distributed 26,900 gifts with a total value of 8.1 billion VND for women and children having difficult circumstances in the province, was supported by the Central Women's Union. In this program, the Provincial Women's Union and its sponsors also presented livelihoods worth VND 150 million to support poor women.
At the conference, provincial leaders gave flowers to thank and congratulate all women. The Provincial Women's Union also awarded 18 winners of the "Binh Duong Women - charming Ao Dai"; rewarded 12 collectives, 2 individuals having practical works to celebrate the success of the 11th Provincial Women's Congress.
