Provincial Women’s Union has just organized the “Return to the roots” trip to Ma Da- War Zone D in Dong Nai province’s Vinh Cuu district on the occasion of the 83rd founding anniversary of the Vietnam Women’s Union.
Around 80 members of provincial Retired Women Association’s Club, provincial Women’s Union and its affiliates. Ma Da-War Zone D was a revolutionary base of the southeastern region and it was also seen as a stopover for instructions of the Central Bureau of the Southern region, the Party Committee of the Eastern region, mass organizations and revolutionary forces.
The “Return to the roots” trip reminded revolutionary cadres of memories at the battlefield and this was also a chance for the delegation’s young members to learn about the heroic tradition of the older generation.
At the monument of the Central Bureau of the Southern region, provincial Retired Women Association’s Club organized a ceremony to admit new members, bringing its total number of members so far to 79.
