After two days of studying Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress and the 9th Provincial Party Congress, the provincial agencies stay focus on major themes of politics, ideology, and organization, reforms and enhancement of leadership, Party organization, and staff. Besides, the delegates stressed on 3 breakthrough programs of the Provincial Party Committee, especially human resources improvement.
Discussing focal measures for the mentioned themes, participants stressed for detailing action plans for urban development, human resources development, high quality services development in 2011-15 period and vision to 2020.
As for improvements of human resources, training and transferring is projected to be implemented effectively. Instructor Tran Duy Bien of Provincial Political School assessed that recruiters should consider the strengths of employees who will be promote most in suitable positions.
As for re-training, Instructor Phan Cong Thanh suggested for adjustments while President Le Hong Minh of Binh Duong Economics and Technology University asserted that Binh Duong should maintain recruiting policies thanks to 7 to 8 universities currently operate in the locality.
Moreover, President Nguyen Van Hiep of VSIP Vocational College proposed that unions should be reinforced to improve quality of human resources; however, the most energetic Youth League could only attract partial participation.
