Late September 28, Binh Duong Provincial Center for Exhibition held its concluding ceremony for the 12nd Festival of BTV elderly singers.
In excited and joyful atmosphere, the Festival expresses the optimistic and life-loving spirit of the elderly in movements of enriching live hoods of the elderly so that they would become more helpful to the families and society.

Attending the ceremony was Mr. Nguyen Minh Giao, Member of Provincial Public Affairs and Head of Provincial Propaganda and Education Committee, leaders of departments and sectors, and majority of audiences in and outside of the province.
The Festival was held for 14 acting teams of the elderly from Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Ninh Thuan, Dong Nai, BaRia-VungTau, and Ho Chi Minh City.
The prominent feature of the Festival was that many songs on homeland islands were chosen to be performed to express patriotism and nation pride.
As a result, the first prize was won by Que Huong Melody Club from BaRia-VungTau, the second prize Hai Dang Club from BaRia-VungTau and La Do Club from District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City, the third prize Center for Elderly Care and Consultancy in Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City Traditional Performing Club, and Ninh Thuan Elderly Club. The remaining 8 teams were prized promotional.
