Promoting the spirit of "mutual affection"
At the ceremony to commend 30 examples of "good people, good deeds" hosted by Provincial Labor Confederation, we were really impressed by deeds of young workers. They returned missing things to its owners, they spent days and nights on encouraging people to help difficult lives, many persons spent their free time to help their unskilled colleagues ... Those were remarkable examples of workers doing good deeds.
For example, Nguyen Thi Hang, King Jim Vietnam Company, not only takes good care of her small family but also opens her arms to unhappy lives. With a mutual affection spirit, she volunteered, encouraged donating to help disadvantaged colleagues, unhappy lives at humanitarian centers with hundreds of millions of VND.
Tran Thi Thu Hien, a worker of Triumph International Vietnam Company, has been praised for her compassionate heart. She regularly supports and calls upon friends to help sick colleagues or ones suffering labor accidents in the company. Recently, she herself supported 3 cases of serious illness and labor accident with the amount of VND 16 million.
"Every given drop of blood, a life will stay". Tran Thi Ngoc Diem working at Phu Xuan Company understands the value of blood drops. Thus she actively participated in voluntary blood donation. In addition, she encouraged her friends to donate blood to save people. Furthermore, when Hiep Thanh ward Youth Union (where she lives) launched a campaign to clean roads, remove illegal ads, she was willing to give up her holidays to join this activity.
Being creative, helping colleagues
Huynh Dinh Danh, a worker of CCL Label Vietnam Company, worked hard to improve his skills and expertise by enrolling in training courses. He applied these learned knowledge creatively to improve techniques and productivity of his work, recycle, reuse materials, reduce waste into the environment, contributing to improve production and business performance. Also thanks to his improvements, staff in charge of the production line has been more secure while working. In addition, he always complied with and encouraged his colleagues to implement labor safety, fire and explosion prevention, energy saving regulations. For many years he has recognized as an exemplary worker.
As a senior, Huynh Phuong My working at Poh Huat Vietnam Joint Stock Company is always humble to new colleagues, tries to share his experiences, and helps weak colleagues. Mr. My confided: "Giving guidance and support to new colleagues also obtain more experiences. On the other hand, when you are strong in your skills, you will do your job well, and make your company develop. This means that employees will be cared more and better”. Therefore, Mr. My has loved by his colleagues.
Being praised, these examples felt really happy, and then they were more motivated to continue doing good things for the community and society.
