Most of clients of Internet agents and shops are teenagers and students and even children. Every shop has about 20-50 computers linked with a server. Most of the young clients play online games. According to a regulation, Internet agents are only catered online game from 6a.m to 11p.m but the shops operate around the clock.
Meanwhile, the State management of Internet agent remains problems. Especially, the State has yet to have regulations asking online game suppliers to stop their online game service at 11p.m. Besides, illegal games and outbound games have yet to be controlled.

Possibly speaking, some regulations have yet to satisfy the demand on management in reality. At present, the Ministry of Communications and Telecommunication has focusing on completing a draft on online game management. In the face of consequences of online game over time, authorities have many petitions to control the operation. In addition, the Ministry will ask Internet service suppliers to stop providing Internet line for Internet agents after 11p.m.
According to the Ministry, since Sept.1, 2010, violated agents will be cut the Internet line and closed. In addition, the Ministry asks businesses to stop advertising online game on media and providing new online games till the end of 2010. Moreover, the unit will eradicate violent games.
The Ministry will in the coming time check licensed agents. Last but not least there is cooperation between the ministry and the Ministry of Public Security about managing individuals’ information automatically. This will help the relevant units control online game service and pre-paid mobile subscribers.
However, online game management is in need of cooperation between managers, schools and families. Especially, promulgation and education to raise Internet-users’ awareness is a crucial element.
