To well implement the reform of administrative procedures, Party committees and leaders of the Immigration Management Department have regularly directed review activities, proposed amendments and supplements to unnecessary regulations and procedures that create time-consuming work, costs for people and businesses. The survey showed that the opinions of people, representatives of organizations and businesses rated the level of satisfaction or higher with the quality of service, reception and resolution of administrative procedures by the Immigration Management Department. Thereby, the unit has grasped the legitimate needs and desires of people, organizations and businesses when coming to carry out administrative procedures on immigration, thereby taking timely measures to improve the quality of supplying public administrative services at the unit.
