Early February 8, representatives of province-based religious organizations visited and extended Tet greetings to Nguyen Thanh Liem, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee and leaders of sectors, departments in the province.
On this occasion, Most Venerable Thich Hue Thong, Head of provincial Buddhist Sangha’s Executive Board thanked provincial leaders for their efforts in creating favorable conditions for the Buddhist community to develop, contributing to the local common development. He extended Tet greetings to them, wished them good health while wanting that they will further generate advantageous conditions for the local Buddhist Sangha to fulfill entrusted tasks in the coming time.
Many other religious delegations from Phu Cuong Bishop’s Office, provincial Protestant Church and Cao Dai Church also visited and extended Tet greetings to provincial leaders. On behalf of provincial Catholic community, Bishop Nguyen Tan Phuoc expressed his delight at the local development. He also sent the best Tet greetings to provincial leaders while believing that Binh Duong will further reap more successes in the great national unity cause.
On behalf of provincial leaders, Mr.Liem also sent Tet greetings to the above religious representatives while wanting that province-based religious organizations will further make contributions to building up a more prosperous and civilized Binh Duong.
