Could you tell about results of the federation in over half of the past term?
During the past two years, 3 mobilizations including “youths live usefully”, “youths volunteer for social welfare and environmental protection” and “youths make wealth legitimately” and 2 big programs of “When the country needs” and “Building and developing mass bodies and gathering youths” have spread across grassroot youth unions, thanks to hi-unity and cooperation from mass bodies and social community.
The significant
mobilizations and programs have been concretized by various models, so they
have impacted strongly on youths’ awareness whilst organization and building of
movements have upheld operational efficiency on all areas.

Could you tell about highlighted achievements in these movements?
Long-term activities have impacted on youths through projects of “IT universalization”, “Gathering local young workers”, “Improving youths’ legal awareness” and movements including traffic safety, environmental protection, career consultancy, charity activity…
Meanwhile, activities of job introduction and vocational training for youths have contributed to local eco-political stability.
The union has improved and diversified action plans to meet youths’ demand. Is this a big challenge for the union?
This is a big concern for the union in the coming time to open and gather youths and uphold their overall strength. Over the past time, youth models have been developed from young people’s demand. The models include club for advanced youths, club for young doctors…
These clubs have so far affirmed their operational capacity, creating positive efficiency for the union’s operation. In the coming time, we hope to gather more youths on all areas and we will set up clubs for finance, banking, young intellectual, charity… to uphold internal strength of youth groups.
What will the union focus on in the coming time?
To excel the set goals, the union will focus on thought education for youths. We will set out proper measures in conformity with local socio-economic development and gather youths from urban and to rural areas to generate best results.
