In preparation for the scientific conference "Solutions to increase female officials' participation in Party committees at all levels in Binh Duong province towards the 14th Party Congress", on June 5, a delegation of the Academy of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics was led by Associate Professor - Dr. Dang Thi Anh Tuyet, Deputy Director of the Department of Scientific Management of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, conducted a research and survey at Bac Tan Uyen District’s Party Committee.
At the meeting, representatives of Bac Tan Uyen district reported the implementation results of Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 12th District Party Congress period 2020-2025 on female officials’ work; the participation of female officials at Party committee levels; planning for female officials to participate in the Party Committee in the coming term.
Delegates discussed some issues related to training, fostering, planning and appointment of female officials to join the Party Committee; advantages, difficulties during the implementation process, and at the same time proposed immediate and long-term solutions to increase female officials' participation in Party committees in the coming time, meeting task requirements in the current situation.
Next, the delegation of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics conducted a survey in some communes and towns of Bac Tan Uyen district.
