Provincial Youth Union and its affiliates have organized a wide range of significant activities to commemorate the 68th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day.
Particularly, Ben Cat district’s Youth Union has just held the “return-to-the-root” trip to Cai Lai district in the Mekong Delta province of Tien Giang; visited and presented gifts to the families of two martyrs Tru Van Tho and Le Thi Thien; took part in an exchange program named “Open our arms wide in a great circle, promoting the tradition of Ho Chi Minh generation”; donated 1,000 notebooks to pupils with difficulties; offered 2 sets of computer for My Phuoc Tay commune and Cai Lay township; gave away a souvenir to Cai Lay district’s Youth Union…
The Youth Union of provincial People’s Court has just held the “return-the-root” trip to the revolutionary relic site of Nha Tron in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province’s Ba Ria town (photo). Meanwhile, Youth Union members of Phu loi ward in TDM city participated in the “return-to-the-root” trip to the Mekong Delta of Ben Tre province. They visited the temple of female general Nguyen Thi Dinh; the tomb and memorial complex of Nguyen Dinh Chieu; took part in many significant games…
Many other Youth Union branches have also organized the “return-to-the-root” trips to Southern Central Bureau, War Base D, Minh Dam War Base, Con Dao, Sac Forest Base…, aiming to educate youngsters about the glorious tradition of the older generation.
