Since early this year, provincial Support Center for Young Workers has actively organized many “rice ATM with zero dong” programs in areas crowded with workers, including Nhan Nghia clinic in Ben Cat town, Hoa Loi social housing estate and the headquarters of the center in Ben Cat town while supporting “Zero dong market-day” programs in TDM city. The next two “rice ATM with zero dong” programs will be organized in TDM city’s Phu Loi ward and Thuan An city’s An Phu ward with around two tons of rice for needy people.
Do Van Phung, Director of provincial Support Center for Young Workers said that the center’s “rice ATM with zero dong” programs aim to share difficulties with poor people, due to Covid-19 pandemic and in response to the Vietnam Workers ‘Month 2020. With great significance, these programs have received many support activities from organizations and individuals. It is hoped that they will continue getting more contributions from the society, thereby contributing to taking care of needy cases. This is also a story about the “Good leaves protect the bad ones” spirit, the thousand-year fine tradition of Vietnamese people.
