The association made efforts in helping farmers get access to sci-tech advancements, apply them into cultivation and animal husbandry…Over the past five years, there were more than 250,000 members getting access with new models, 2,800 members given vocational training at the society’s demand…Provincial Support Fund for Farmers also mobilized and provided more than VND38bln in loan for 2,500 farming households to develop home based business.

Efficiency from anti-crime model
The anti-crime club of Phu Hoa ward in TDM city was established in 1997 with 14 members. Since being established, the club has always excelled at crime prevention. As of late 2013, the club discovered 1,000 cases with 2,600 offenders, provided the local police force with important information, helping successfully pursue and capture drug-related crimes…
With the above success, the anti-crime club was replicated, greatly contributing to maintaining social order-security in TDM city and other localities, building the movement of “All people take part in defending national security”…
Besides, provincial Fatherland Front Committee’s member organizations, including Women’s Union, War Veterans’ Association, Red Cross Association…effectively implemented many other patriotic emulation movements. Many typical models were also discovered from emulation movements, making great contributions to socio-economic development, maintaining security and national defence in the province.
