According to Vo Thi Thanh Huong, Chairwoman of Thuan An town’s Labor Union, Rochdale Spears (RSC) Co.Ltd. in the Dong An Industrial Park is an exemplary role-model in taking care of workers’ spiritual and material lives.
The company’s Directorate
and Trade Union have over time taken good care of workers’spiritual and
material lives via many substantial activities, including presenting gifts to
female workers on International Women’s Day (August 8), organizing birthday
parties, visiting ill workers...Over the past 8 months, the company spent
hundreds of millions of dong on such significant activities. 
To date, the company’s Trade Union has considered and helped 72 workers with extremely difficult circumstances get more than VND314mln in loan. Nguyen Dinh Hoa, Chairman of the company’s Trade Union said that the company has provided the monthly working budget for the trade union.
The company’s Trade Union has also paid attention to taking care of laborers’ spiritual livelihood. Over the past time, the Trade Union organized many cultural-sports activities for company workers in a bid to care for their spiritual livelihood.
Mrs.Huong added: “RSC Co.Ltd. has always maintained monthly meetings between Directorate and workers. These meetings have helped workers herein express their aspirations and feelings”. Possibly speaking, RSC Co.Ltd.’s Trade Union is a reliable mainstay of laborers.
