On the morning of May 7, the Provincial Council of Education in National Defense and Security organized the opening ceremony of the training course on knowledge for target group 3, in 2024 for 204 officials from various provincial, district, and commune-level agencies, as well as central agencies and ministries in the province. Attendants were Major General Nguyen Hoang Minh, Member of the provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department.
During the 12-day from May 7 to 22, officials will study and research new content of 21 topics as regulated. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Major Nguyen Hoang Minh requested officials to participate in the class, grasp the purpose, elevate responsibility, proactively overcome all difficulties, fully engage in studying, ensure quality, strictly comply with class rules and regulations. Each person actively discusses, exchanges to clarify new issues in the cause of national defense and security at the local level, their agencies and units, to participate in contributing opinions to continue building and improving content, programs, innovating learning methods for the next courses, well focusing on completing the content and programs.
The class aims to continue to nurture and enhance political qualities, competence, and thinking about national defense and security for officials, serving as a flexible and creative basis for implementing national defense and security at the local level and in their organizations.
