Implementing the planning and time schedule for the school year, school students across the province have in August 8 started their schooling. By our investigation, they have entered the new school year with delight.
Teachers of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Junior High School states the school regulations in 2016-2017 school year for Grade 9
In the morning of August 8, students of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Junior High School in Thu Dau Mot City were present very early. On their first days of a new school year, they showed their delights with new uniforms and eagerness to have new friends. Pham Hoa Hoa, the Principal of the School informed that 1,150 students have been admitted to 29 classes with two more classes of 60 students and 315 students of starting grade.
In the first week, the students have mainly gone to school to learn about regulations and guidance of seats, arrangement and break-time physical exercises. Upholding the motto of education of literacy, ethics and lifestyle, the teachers always remind them to observe the learning and training to be worthy of good children and students.
According to the time schedule proposed by Ministry of Education and Training, the earliest schooling time should be on August 1 and August 25 at the latest; thus, some schools have called up their students earlier. According to the board of trustees of Binh Phu Junior High School in Ben Cat Town, the new school year calling was to get teachers and peers acquainted, facilitating fast integration into learning and training by the friendly guidance and help of peers and teachers.
Implementing the approach of friendly schools and active students, the schools have been renovated to offer the best facilities where students are guided to preserve and make use of. According to Nguyen Hong Sang, the local Director of Education and Training, schools have been guided to construct by their own conditions to offer good schooling environment to students for the activeness, creativity and self-maintenance by national standards.
In 2016-2017, the department focuses on grasping up the resolutions of the 9th Provincial Party Congress and the 12th National Party Congress to implement mottos of creating good learning environment to foster characteristics and abilities of learners and to basically transform the testing and evaluation of students.
