Seminar on investment resources to arts and culture in the autonomy perspective

On May 11, Thu Dau Mot University cooperated with the Club of Universities and Colleges of art teachers to organize a national seminar on investment resources for art teachers in universities and colleges in the field of culture and arts in the context of autonomy.

Nearly 100 delegates who are managers from ministries, branches and central agencies, leaders of universities and colleges, officials, lecturers, researchers, experts from universities across the country attended the seminar.

This is a forum for managers and researchers to hone their expertise, to exchange in-depth experiences in the fields that the schools are training and to have a development orientation to higher levels.

The workshop focused on the issues of mechanisms and policies needed to be completed for creating a favorable legal corridor for the investment of resources for higher education and colleges in the field of culture and art in the context of autonomy, investment resources for university and college education as developmental investments, development of university and college education in the field of non-public culture and arts in the service market of higher education and colleges.

According to experts in the educational sector, the implementation of autonomy in higher education institutions at present still face many difficulties and obstacles in terms of State management and practical activities at universities and colleges across the country in general. Therefore, the seminar will contribute to helping higher education in general and schools with cultural and art training in particular to overcome difficulties to achieve and develop sustainably in the future.
