On May 18, the provincial department of Science and Technology held a seminar on renovating form, goal, task and operational structure of science and technology. This is one of activities welcoming Vietnam Day of Science and Technology (May 18).
At the seminar, the provincial department of Science and Technology reported operation of science and technology research for participants. In 2014, the provincial department of Science and Technology completed contract signing of launching 7 tasks, taking over 34 projects and transferring 18 results of implementing science and technology tasks for units.
In the first 5 months of this year, the provincial department of Science and Technology received 57 suggestions of science and technology research, 23 of which were ordered from local agencies and organizations.
Contributing to renovation of science and technology research, delegates said that it is essential to pay attention to efficiency of application into reality and to have regulations and legal documents to concretize regulations of ministries and central agencies and more.
