Visiting the hostel quarter of Thanh Long Co. Ltd. in Tan Dong Hiep Ward of Di An Town to see its great scale of 30 rooms for over 150 workers living free of charge. Each room is designed to be 16-20 sqm, ceramic floor with attire, kitchen and toilet with full power and water supply.

The quarter is preferential for workers living away from home but having no accommodation yet. The building of such quarter showed the care of the enterprise towards their working staffs.
Seeking the long-term development in Binh Duong Province, Hung Thinh Gia Co. Ltd. in An Lap Commune of Dau Tieng District took up their own land to build over 90 rooms for their workers to resides. The 30-sqm rooms with ceramic tiled floors, internal kitchen and toilet are designed into blocks surrounding by green trees. Outside, the place is maintained by cleaning team and secured by B40 fences and guards.
Of the same design of accomodation, Tan Thanh Wood Processing Co. Ltd. in Tan Phuoc Khanh Ward allocated 2 lots of land to build nearly 200 rooms for 80% of its workers in need of accommodation. Their workers only pay for water and electric bills each month. Besides, the Company preserves a land lot for football court and recreation through a big screen near the court. The Company also offer preschool facilities for children of their workers. For schooling children, the Company signs contracts with teachers to monitor their learning.
