A festive day named “Xuan yeu thuong” (Beloved spring) has
just been organized at quarter 5, Hiep Thanh ward, TDM city for disabled
children. More than 30 volunteers from TDM University’s “Let’t go dream” group
together those from the “Green hope”
group took part in the festive day.

Tet’s traditional games held
Tri Tam primary school for disabled children and volunteers from TDM University have just co-held the “Beloved spring” festive day for 30 pupils of the school and more than 100 pupils of Hiep Thanh ward-based schools, including Truc Xanh preschool, Sao Mai preschool, Hiep Thanh primary school, vocational training centers for the disabled, provincial Social Support Center and provincial Association for the Blind. Here, volunteers created a festive day full of love and happiness for participating children.
Coming to the festive day, children had a chance to take part in a lot of interesting games, fishing, deer-race....Loud smiles plus products from the above games were considered as meaningful gifts that volunteers wanted to bring children herein.
Nguyen Thien Than, a volunteer of the “Let’s go dream” group said: “I actually realized that there are a lot of unlucky fates through the festive day. I will make more efforts to take part in social charity activities with the hope of bringing smiles many other disable people…”.
In addition, the festive day got animated with many art performance items by children at Tri Tam school and Truc Xanh preschool. Food pavilions that were made by teachers and volunteers also looked very attractive. With many significant activities, the festive day was actually a place connecting love and the gap between insufficiency and sufficiency was fully covered by love and sympathy.
Giving love to children
During the festive day, 16 scholarships were awarded to children. Bo Kim Khanh, Principal of Tri Tam primary school said: “I thanked volunteers together to individuals and mass organizations for their efforts in bringing love the school’s disable children via the festive day. It is hope that disable children will further receive more love from the community”.
One more spring is approaching and disabled children at Tri Tam school in particular and in Binh Duong in general seem to feel warmer with love from the community. It is sure that volunteers from TDM University will enjoy a meaningful spring for their efforts sharing the joy with unlucky fates.
