Before the situation of the Covid-19 epidemic continuing to be tense and complicated, in the afternoon of August 31, Binh Duong provincial People's Committee issued Official Document Dispatch No. 4343/VX-UBND asking departments and localities to continue to strictly implement social distancing according to Directive 16 of the Prime Minister.
Specifically, the "green zone" localities in the north of the province include Dau Tieng, Bau Bang, Phu Giao and Bac Tan Uyen social distancing will continue according to Directive 16 until the end of September 5 and do not apply social distancing measures of maximum limit on vehicle circulation that operates from 18:00 to 6:00 the next morning. After September 5, the province will, based on the actual Covid-19 epidemic situation, consider to have a close direction that is suitable to the reality of each place. Although the Covid-19 epidemic situation in these localities has been basically stabilized, localities and people in the "green areas" need to continue to well implement epidemic prevention and control measures so as not to be subjective, negligent or lose vigilance so that reinfection or outbreak of Covid-19 may occur again.
For "red zone" localities including Thu Dau Mot city, Thuan An city, Di An city, Ben Cat town, and Tan Uyen town from now until the end of September 15, social distancing is tightened and maximum restrictions on circulation is administered for operations from 18:00 to 6:00 in the next morning. To ensure that people do not lack food or drink during the quarantine period, the provincial People's Committee assigned relevant departments and agencies to coordinate and support the locality to maintain a good supplying chain of essential goods including food and beverages, products and necessities for people to feel secure against the Covid-19 epidemic. Localities absolutely do not allow disruption of the supplying chain of well-being by ensuring that people can access health care early and remotely from the grassroots during the holidays and social distancing. If the agencies and localities let the situation of subjectivity, neglect or loss of vigilance occur without stric obidience by the regulations and guidelines for disease prevention and control, the heads of the Party committees and authorities of the agencies and localities will be responsible according to the regulations.
