Now, the State’s supporting program for social housing offered them a chance to pay monthly for their own houses.“Our dreams just come true. Now, Becamex IDC and supporting policies of the State are truly encouraging to us so that we are more secured working in Binh Duong Province,” she said.Practical The social housing project in Binh Duong Province eyes 64,700 apartments servicing over 168,000 locally under holding investment of Becamex IDC.Started in February 2012, Becamex IDC simultaneously implemented the project in Thu Dau Mot City, Thuan An Town, and Ben Cat Town to offer 5,000 complete apartments to customers at the preferential cost of VND 90 to 150 million an 30-m2 apartment.Together with preferential prices, flexible payment methods enable factory workers to buy apartments in contracts with the State. Buyers are considered with eligibility to make loans to banks and obtain long-term house-ownership certificate on the land.Becamex Social Housing Project Manager, Mr. Tran Quoc Hung said that the model offered the best prices in Vietnam, bringing up opportunities for people to own houses and settle down.
