Competition on the Law on Road Traffic held
In response to the Traffic Safety Year 2012, Phu Loi ward’s Board for Traffic Safety and Ho Chi Minh City Open University’s Binh Duong Branch have co-held the first Competition on the Law on Road Traffic of 2012.
