In response to the Traffic Safety Year 2012, Phu Loi ward’s Board for Traffic Safety and Ho Chi Minh City Open University’s Binh Duong Branch have co-held the first Competition on the Law on Road Traffic of 2012.

Accordingly, the committee asked units to supervise and launch plans, measures on storm and flood control and rescue for areas along Sai Gon, Thi Tinh and Dong Nai Rivers. In addition, the committee accelerated propaganda on natural calamity control for residents living along rivers and streams.
