The project on setting up provincial job generation fund for the 2013-2020 period has contributed to creating jobs for laborers, helping them increase incomes and improve their lives; making opportunities for disadvantaged laborers to get loans to develop production, business models and restore traditional crafts.
The province has also extracted tens of billions of dong from State budget to add loans to the local job generation fund, thereby helping more than 90% of laborers offered jobs via socio-economic development programs…
Along with job creation, the province has actively taken care of the spiritual and material lives of laborers. Many dialogues between provincial leaders, Trade Union officials and laborers are held annually with around 40-60 suggestions put forward. Most suggestions by laborers on social order and security, social housing policies, healthcare, social insurance…received timely answers from the local functional agencies over the past time.
