Early April 23, provincial People's Council supervision delegation, led by Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial People's Council, had a specialized session to monitor the situation and results of implementation of incentive policies for the local socialization at provincial People's Council hall. Also attending the monitoring session was Nguyen Van Danh, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee.
At the supervision session, delegates said that most of the problems in socialization work were related to issues such as land planning, conversion of use purposes, conversion of construction functions, preferential policies and regulations on joint ventures and associations in socialization work. They also proposed mechanisms and policies to encourage economic sectors to invest in the fields of judicial appraisal, vocational education...with socialization encouraged.
Concluding the supervision session, Mrs. Phuong requested departments, sectors and localities to be proactive to overcome shortcomings while proposing specific solutions to remove bottlenecks, thereby encouraging all economic sectors to participate in socialization, contributing to successfully implementing the local goals on socio-economic development.
