On September 6, a number of high schools in the province began teaching int the new school year of 2021-2022 online. However, the opening ceremony of the school year will still be held online on September 15 according to the latest guidance of Department of Education and Training.
Due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, from the 2020-2021 school year, schools have implemented online teaching, so teachers and students are not surprised with this form of teaching. Despite remote teaching and learning, teachers and administrators still manage the number of students participating in learning.
Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Director of Department of Education and Training, said that the Department has allowed some high schools to conduct online teaching from September 6 if they are eligible, but still ensuring the number of classroom periods and weeks as prescribed by Ministry of Education and Training. The content of the curriculum follows the guidelines of the Ministry but focuses on the core contents, not spreading with attention to the quality of the output at reasonable time balance in teaching and learning online by giving students breaks between classes.
