Addressing the meeting, Mr.Nam said: “Construction investment is a common task of the province, so leaders of provincial Management Board of Construction Projects should have a close coordination with sectors and localities for support and take initiative in giving advice to provincial People’s Committee about the list of projects prioritized for investment. Sectors and localities also need to uphold their responsibilities regarding State administration to relevant construction works while paying attention to “underwater” works in order to sustainably combat climate change…
