Spreading noble deeds

Caring for disadvantaged individuals and helping them improve their lives is one of the regular activities carried out by provincial Red Cross societies at all levels. Espencially, the 2025 Humanitarian Month, organized and implemented by provincial Red Cross societies at all levels, has received significant attention, support and engagement from numerous organizations, individuals and donors, with meaningful and practical actions directed towards the community, helping spread positive values throughout society.

With the theme of “Humanitarian journey-Spreading love”, this year’s Humanitarian Month promotes a journey of compassion in which everyone can contribute, connect and dedicate themselves. It calls for collective efforts to share love, support people in difficult situations, multiply kind actions and build up a united and compassionate community. With meaningful and humanitarian activities such as awarding scholarships to underprivileged students, voluntary blood donation, free medical check-ups, “Zero-dong market”…, the 2025 Humanitarian Month has truly been a journey filled with the spirit of compassion, spreading inspiring examples of kindness and good deeds throughout the society. It can be said that the Humanitarian Month, with its series of profoundly meaningful and compassionate activities, has become a beautiful part of life for individuals, families and the entire society. The spirit of the Humanitarian Month continues spreading widely and deeply, drawing increasing participation from the community.

The practical outcomes of the Humanitarian Month are, first and foremost, the result of strong support from provincial leaders, agencies, units, Party committees, local authorities as well as the close coordination of various departments and mass organizations. Notably, the advisory and proactive role of provincial Red Cross societies at all levels in proposing and organizing meaningful humanitarian activities has been crucial. Efforts to mobilize resources for humanitarian assistance—aimed at supporting vulnerable groups in the community—have been carried out in a sustainable manner, contributing to ensuring social welfare. Besides, there is the enthusiasm of the Red Cross propaganda team and the voluntary participation of people from all strata in the province.

The effective implementation of the Humanitarian Month activities has not only contributed to the successful realization of social welfare policies, but also helped poor households, disadvantaged individuals and vulnerable groups in the society gain hope and motivation to overcome challenges and improve their lives.
