Over time, the activities of the workers' youth unions have been significantly developed by the youth organizations at all levels in terms of both quantity and quality. Every year during the Lunar New Year, the youth organizations from provincial levels down to communes, wards, and towns focus on organizing Tet activities for workers in the youth workers' unions and the dormitory areas.

In the Lunar New Year of 2025, the provincial Youth Union will continue to mobilize resources to organize the program "Spring for Children", giving gifts and lucky money to children in charity classes across the province

This program will be implemented from the provincial level down to the communes, wards, and towns. According to the plan for implementing the program, the levels of the Youth Union will mobilize resources to distribute Tet gifts to support and encourage young workers and unemployed workers in difficulty. Furthermore, the district Youth Union will also organize several support points and distribute gifts to residents returning to their hometowns for Tet at inter-provincial checkpoints.

For the youth union units with a large number of young workers such as the Youth Union of Di An city, the Youth Union of Thuan An city, the Youth Union of Thu Dau Mot city, the Youth Union of Tan Uyen city, the Youth Union of Ben Cat, and the Youth Union of provincial enterprises, the provincial Youth Union is deployed to proactively coordinate with relevant sectors and industrial zones, industrial clusters, and enterprises in the area to organize at least 2 activities at the district level to care for union members, members of the youth union, young workers, and young laborers. On the other hand, local youth unions actively organize activities to care for young workers in difficult circumstances during the Lunar New Year; mobilize to launch the "Model Youth Lodging Area" and present a "Dream Room" to needy workers to make spring warmer for the hearts of people.

Mrs. Tran Thi Diem Trinh, Secretary of the provincial Youth Union, stated that with the desire to bring meaningful spring to underprivileged children, the provincial Youth Union mobilized resources to organize the "Spring for You" program, to visit, give gifts, and contain lucky money for students in special classes who are children of workers and poor laborers. This program takes place in charity classrooms in Thu Dau Mot city, Thuan An city, Di An city, and Bau Bang district. The program aims to bring joy to the children during the traditional Tet holiday; at the same time, it encourages the spirit of the children, shares with the workers, and promotes the role of the youth organization in caring for disadvantaged children.

During the Lunar New Year in 2025, 100% of the District, city Youth Unions and Youth Unions directly under the provincial Youth Union will organize the program "Spring Bus - Sharing Love" at worker dormitories crowded with laborers in the province.
