Over the past days, delegations of sectors, Red Cross Societies at all levels and many other mass organizations in the province visited and presented gifts to those who have difficult circumstances. All recipients, namely Au Thi Hanh in Hoi Nghia commune’s hamlet 1 in Tan Uyen town and Ly Thi Ghet in Tan My commune’s Vuon Vu hamlet in North Tan Uyen town…, felt very happy as having more conditions to welcome Tet.
Mrs.Trinh said that provincial Red Cross Societies at all levels have mobilized organizations and individuals in and out of the province to contribute more than VND10.2billion to the “Tet for the poor and Agent Orange victims” program 2018. From the fund, many Tet gifts will be given for the local disadvantaged people.
It is known that today, January 17, provincial Red Cross Society will organize the “Tet for the poor and Agent Orange victims” program 2018, which is broadcasted on BTV channel. The program aims to pay tribute to those who have joined joins in offering help to the poor while giving Tet gifts for the poor.
