During the Tet Holiday – Year of the Goat, all-level authorities, agencies and unions in the province have organized various meaningful activities for young factory workers staying for Tet Holiday in Binh Duong Province. The activities have inspired them to start a new working year.

During the Tet Holiday, to support young factory workers on their way returning home to enjoy the holiday with their families, Binh Duong Provincial Youth’s League has coordinated with Center for Young Factory Worker Support to organize free bus trips for 150 young factory workers returning to Dark Lak, Nghe An, and Quang Tri. The supported quantity is low but very inspiring for them to return to Binh Duong for work in the new year.

As for those young factory workers staying in Binh Duong Province for Tet Holiday, the Center has organized activities to celebrate Tet Holiday. Majority of immigrant workers from the North and Middle land provinces have joined such activities as connection of people from all walks of the nation in Binh Duong Province.
Thuan An Town Youth’s League also held interesting party event across Thuan Giao, An Phu, Binh Hoa, An Thanh, and Binh Chuan to offer participants traditional foods on Tet Holiday. Besides, local league also offered gifts to participants in a bid to bring up a warm holiday to young factory workers.
The joy of working in a new year
After the happy Tet Holiday 2015, majority of young factory workers have returned to work with great inspiration. Ms. Phan Thi Thang from Dak Lak Province, working for Foster Electric Vietnam Co. Ltd. informed of her returning to work by support of free bus trip.
“Before Tet Holiday, I could return home for free. This very encouraging to me to return for work with more efforts,” said Thang.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, a worker to Pungkook Corporation at An Phu Ward in Thuan An Town said while staying in Binh Duong Province for Tet Holiday: “During the holiday, we gather at celebration parties. We feel like home. Now, everyone is returning to work with great energy and inspiration.”
Ha has worked for Pungkook over 5 years in the best conditions offered by the Corporation. And, she considered the Corporation as her family.
She said: “For the activities aiming to support us, we are assured to stay in the locality for devotion to work and labor. After Tet, we are eager to start fresh with new wishes for a new year.”
