On March 6, the provincial steering board of foreign information held a summing up conference on foreign information work 2014 and orientation and task for 2015. Nguyen Minh Giao, head of the provincial Committee for Education and Propaganda hosted the conference.
In the past year, local agencies and units well completed the set tasks, improving cadres and people’s awareness on importance of foreign information work.
In addition, the provincial party committee, People’s Council and Committee welcomed 49 hi-grade delegations and foreign corporations and enterprises.
The local leaders’ working receptions created profound impressions on foreign guests while agencies and sectors at all levels spurred surveys and experience learning visits in foreign nations and more.
The conference participants also ratified decisions of perfecting regulations of the steering board and plan of foreign information work 2015.
Concluding the conference, Nguyen Minh Giao, heaf of the steering board of foreign information work highly appreciated units’ efforts in implementing foreign information work 2014 and hoped that the steering board’s members will in the coming time work with relevant agencies to create plentifulness and diversification of foreign information.
