Good mobilization leads to success in everything", the Party and government of Binh Duong province have consistently paid attention to leading, directing and effectively implement mass mobilization. With proactive and creative spirit, recent efforts in mass mobilization have contributed to fostering patriotic movements and developing Binh Duong into a civilized, smart, modern and affectionate region.
Sharing efforts
Throughout the nation's history, mass mobilization has been a vital, strategic part of the Party's revolutionary cause. In each phase, mass mobilization has had different contents and methods, but its primary goal has always been to mobilize people from all strata in patriotic emulation movements; strengthen the great national solidarity bloc; reinforce the close relationship between the Party and people, achieving the Party's, nation's and people's common objectives.

Together with the national progress, the mass mobilization work of Binh Duong's Party organization has played a crucial role in the revolutionary struggle, the building and defense of the homeland and socio-economic development. In recent years, provincial Party Standing Committee has paid attention to issuing many documents on leadership and direction to improve the quality of mass organization activities. The mass mobilization work of the entire political system, from provincial to grassroots levels, has achieved positive results, with a strong focus on grassroots. It has enhanced the responsibility and exemplary role of officials and Party members, especially leaders, towards people. The Vietnam Fatherland Front and political-social organizations have continued innovating their operational contents and methods, closely connected to the grassroots, serving as an important bridge between the Party and the people. They have encouraged the public to participate in patriotic emulation movements, socio-economic development, national defense and security and the building of national solidarity, contributing to the construction and defense of the country while strengthening the people's trust in the Party's leadership.
In recent years, a highlight of the province’s mass mobilization leadership has been the issuance of the Project No.02 on "Mass mobilization to build a cultural and civilized lifestyle in Binh Duong province for the period of 2021-2025". To date, the Project No.02 from provincial Party Standing Committee on "Mass mobilization participating in building a cultural and civilized lifestyle in Binh Duong for the 2021-2025 of period” in association with the implementation of "Civilized Saturday" has brought about many positive changes, contributing to the development of a civilized and modern homeland. The beautiful images of building a cultural and civilized lifestyle are becoming more visible and spreading widely.
After four years of implementing the Project No. 02, efforts in promoting and mobilizing people from all strata have been strongly emphasized. Public awareness of building a cultural and civilized lifestyle has been improved, with increasing community-driven actions spreading across areas, particularly in environmental protection and urban beautification. Notably, several effective models, namely "Three No-s, Four Good-s", "Citizens with five exemplary performances", "Garbage collection at night", "Morning Coffee - Conversations with the People" and "Green Boarding Facility - Green Life”…have emerged in the province.
“Skillful mass mobilization” movement
Recently, the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement has spread across all aspects of social life, becoming a core element of the patriotic emulation movement and gaining widespread support from the local political system and the people. Numerous "Skillful Mass Mobilization" models in association with studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and lifestyle, have achieved practical results. These efforts have enhanced awareness and responsibility among officials, civil servants, workers, and members of political-social organizations in carrying out their professional duties and ensuring social welfare via such models as "Raising piggybanks for social welfare", "Security camera”, "Young theory club", "Close to Youth Union members, close to grassroots", "Zero-dong market" and "Five No-s, Three Clean-s", "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful Streets"…

Phan Thi Ngoc, a resident of Thu Dau Mot city’s Phu Tan ward shared: "Many projects, tasks and movements organized by the local Party and government have clearly shown that mass mobilization work prioritizes the people's interests, aiming at improving their lives". Meanwhile, Ngo Thanh Van, Head of Dong Ong quarter’s Front Work Committee in Tan Uyen city’s Tan Hiep ward noted: "Thanks to effective mass mobilization, the locality has mobilized maximum resources and the active participation of people from all strata in implementing movements and campaigns. As a result, many new, spacious roads have been built; street lighting systems have been expanded and more houses have been constructed for disadvantaged people…”.
In addition to these accomplishments, recent mass mobilization efforts by the province have seen positive changes, especially in continuing administrative reforms, improving work styles and enhancing the public service attitude to better serve the people. This has created favorable conditions for residents and businesses in administrative procedures, further improving the role of mass mobilization.
The most significant achievement in recent mass mobilization has been gaining the "people's trust”. The "Skillful mass mobilization" movement is the foundation for strengthening the great national solidarity bloc, driving economic growth, ensuring social welfare and maintaining local defense and security.
