The Trade Union of Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Co.Ltd., on March 8, held a conference to review women’s movements in 2012 and define orientations for 2013. In 2013, the Board for Women’s Affairs under the company’s Trade Union has also set tasks and orientations, including speeding up dissemination of information about the Resolutions of Trade Union Congresses at all levels and policies for female employees, promoting the campaign of “Studying and following Uncle Ho’s exemplary morals”, striving to have 41% of female laborers recognized as “good laborers” and 51% of female laborers fulfilling and exceeding their entrusted tasks.
