Early June 15, 99 youngster students attended the army semester held for the fifth time by the coordination of Binh Duong Provincial Youth’s League and the Provincial Military HQ.

The dispatching ceremony was solemnly held in the warmth and sentiment of parents bidding goodbye to their children for a semester of 10 days.
At 7 hours, the ceremony started with cameras headed to every moment of 99 trainees-to-be. For some, this was the milestone of their living experience.
In the tidy uniform, they could not hide away worrisome and eagerness for 10 days being away from their families while expressing themselves.

Bui Thi Nam Thuong of Squad No. 5 said: “This is the second time I join the event. I am hopeful that the event should offer me more knowledge about the legacy of Vietnamese People’s Carmy and patriotism in meaningful experiences.”
Giving away a letter in hurry to his child, Mr. Trinh Van Manh, parent to Trinh Thao Linh at Tan Dong Hiep Ward of Di An Town said in emotions: “I’ve sent her my letter through the organizers to encourage her not to be shy as a trainee-to-be.”
The letter of Mr. Manh was the same as various messages from parents to their children encouraging them in days of army training environment.
Addressing the dispatching ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Mai, permanent Deputy Secretary Provincial Youth’s League, said that the 4-time event has brought up remarkable impression and sentiments of the attending soldiers and their parents.
Aside from education of tradition and personality, the trainees should be equipped with teaming skills and family connection to inspire patriotism.
“The event was organized at the time we are intensifying our forces to protect the sovereignty and protest against China’s illegal installation of HD981 oil-rig within the exclusive economic zone of th our nation. Thus, you should tak the images of the ocean policemen to follow, for the stronghold of our nation,” Mai said.
In solemn but emotional moment, the parents inspired their children to experience an interesting summer ever in the army and be worthy of the future forces of the nation.
